REFUNDS

Refund Policy

Our priority is your satisfaction with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 7 days, ensuring you get a full refund.

 

To make a return:

 

  • Items must be unopened/unused/unworn

  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached, if any

  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.

  • We cannot accept returns if you have altered the lungi (i.e. stitch, unstitched, hem, picot, etc). Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to return.

We will confirm/share the return address and details. Upon shipping, send us the courier details along with the tracking ID. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s) and transfer the full amount via your preferred payment method (UPI or bank transfer).
